Who can participate?

You are eligible if you:

  • Are a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident and can provide your alien registration number
  • Reside in the following Kansas Counties: Douglas, Franklin, Leavenworth, Shawnee, or Wyandotte
  • Have not earned a 4-year bachelor’s degree
  • Want more out of life

Priority is given to individuals who:

  • Have limited income
  • Have parents who have not earned a 4-year bachelor’s degree

The following individuals are strongly encouraged to apply:

  • Veterans
  • Military family members
  • Unaccompanied, homeless, or foster-care youth
