Required Information

To apply for the 2018-2019 FAFSA, please bring the following forms:

  • Your 2017 W-2 forms
  • Your completed 2017 Federal Tax Return (if you filed)
  • Child support (paid or received) in 2017
  • Your alien registration or permanent resident card if you are not a U.S. citizen

If you are younger than 24, not married, and don’t have any children, please have your parent(s) provide the following information about themselves:

  • 2017 W-2 forms
  • Completed 2014 Federal Tax Return (if filed)
  • Social Security number(s)
  • Birth date(s)
  • What year were you married, divorced, or widowed?
